My Coaching Approach

Coaching with me is warm, reflective, and rooted in both lived experience and professional training. I create a space where you feel safe to think differently, explore deeply, and take practical steps that work in real life.

I take a systemic, person-centred approach, combining emotional awareness with structured tools to help you move forward — whether you’re navigating ADHD, autism, AuDHD, dyslexia, or the day-to-day complexity of being neurodivergent in a neurotypical world.

My coaching draws on:

  • 🧠 Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques
To help you notice, name, and work with thoughts and emotions, not fight them
  • 💬 Non-violent communication
For more compassionate self-talk and clearer communication with others
  • 🛠 Facilitation and reflective coaching tools
For unblocking stuck patterns and building sustainable change
  • 🌱 Leadership and systems thinking
For aligning personal growth with team and organisational dynamics
  • 🧭Over 25 years of leadership experience from roles in academia, the nonprofit world, and the pharmaceutical industry
