Helping ADHD & Neurodiverse people thrive, lead and feel more at home in how they think
Specialist coaching for people with ADHD, autism, dyslexia and AuDHD to build clarity, confidence and practical strategies that fit into real life.

I’m Dr Alexa Smith — a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) specialising in ADHD and neurodiversity. I work with adults who have ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or AuDHD, helping them build practical strategies that work with their brain, not against it.
Whether you’ve just received a diagnosis, you’ve known for years but never quite found your footing, or you’re still figuring out what ‘neurodivergent’ means for you — coaching gives you a space to understand how your brain works and build a life that actually fits it.
Do you feel like you have to work harder than everyone else just to keep up? If so, you’re not alone. Many of the people I coach are smart, capable, and full of potential — but are also carrying the exhaustion of trying to fit into systems that were not designed with them in mind.
My coaching creates a space where you can slow down, think clearly, and work out what actually helps. Together, we’ll uncover what matters most, find what’s getting in the way, and build a way forward that feels more sustainable and more true to you.
I am based in the UK and I work with clients online across the country and internationally.

Who I Am
Neuroscientist, Coach and Lived experience.
I hold a PhD in Developmental Neurobiology from UCL and am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) — with nearly 1,000 hours of coaching experience with neurodiverse adults. I’m also neurodiverse myself, which shapes everything about how I listen, what I ask, and how I help.
My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in deep listening. I bring together science, practical tools, and genuine understanding — because I know from the inside what it takes to navigate a world that wasn’t built for your brain.
What you can expect
Working with me means having a space where you can be fully yourself without having to translate every part of your experience. You can expect honesty, empathy, and practical support that helps you move from overwhelm to clarity.
You’ll leave with:
- Greater self-understanding.
- Practical tools you can use straight away.
- More confidence in your next step.
- A coaching relationship that feels human, supportive, and grounded
“I kept calm, didn’t fumble, and got all my points across. Teammates contacted me afterwards to say what a good job I had done for them in that meeting. Being able to pull that off with all the other pressures at the moment is a real credit to Alexa.”
