About Me

I hold a PhD in Developmental Biology from University College London (UCL) and am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). But beyond the titles and qualifications, what really drives me is helping people find clarity, confidence, and their own version of success in a world that often feels like it wasn’t designed for them.

My Coaching Approach

My coaching style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in real-world experience. I believe coaching isn’t about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. It’s about creating a space where you feel genuinely heard, challenged when you need it, and supported every step of the way.

I take a practical, solution-focused approach — blending analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and a healthy dose of empathy. Together, we’ll identify what matters most to you, untangle what’s getting in the way, and develop strategies that work for you, not just in theory but in your day-to-day life and career.

As a neurodiverse woman, I bring a unique lens to my coaching, especially when working with clients who are neurodivergent themselves or leading diverse teams. I understand the complexities, the strengths, and the subtle dynamics that can shape how we show up at work and in the world. That insight allows me to offer coaching that feels authentic, relevant, and empowering.

What You Can Expect

Working with me is a partnership. I’ll listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and offer honest, constructive feedback. You’ll leave our conversations with greater clarity, practical tools you can use immediately, and the confidence to move forward in a way that feels right for you.

Whether you’re navigating leadership challenges, career transitions, or the complexities of neurodiversity in the workplace, I’m here to help you find a way through — and to do it on your terms.
